Do you want to sell your home in todays tough market?  Here are a few very important things to do, to get that home sold.

1 Hire A Realtor.  We know where and how to advertise your property to get it seen by buyers and buyers agent.  Having a sign in front and listing your home on craigs list will no longer make it in this market.

2.  Curb appeal.  Keep your front yard clean and presentable at all times.  A unkept entrance can scare away a would be buyer.

3.  Price.  Price your property to sell!  Do you know what buyers are looking for?  When you over price your home, you are only helping your neighbor sell there property that is priced right.  Most home sellers believe just because they have a pool and there neighbor does not, that they should get more for there property.  Wrong!  You put a pool in for your enjoyment, not for the next person to enjoy it, they may not even want a pool.

4.  Know your area!  Is it a family oriented community?  Drive around and let buyers know what drove you to buy in that area.
