I am looking to develop an onging and long term realtionship with mortgage reps, title co's and anyone that would ilke to be in a reciprocal business relationship! This market is tough but I am doing well and really seem to be enjoying it! Don't know about the rest of you but short sales seem to be the way to go this year, what do you think?

Never said easy but have had some success and there seem to be soo many of them...I think the banks are much more willing to cooperate then they were intially. Plus with congress passing that bill in 12/07, the sellers are more willing to do them.
