By now, if you follow our blog, you know we are steeped in practicing being in the here and now. It is not by any means an easy practice, but as the years go by, we are improving.
This weekend I was thinking about the irrelevance of time, as I was texting with my niece who was finally on her way home from Thailand via Hong Kong, LAX, and finally today on her way home to Minneapolis.
She started her trip today, Monday (Hong Kong time) and arrived yesterday (California time). This morning she is leaving for Minneapolis. This experience just solidified the idea that it is always NOW!
