Across the country, extravagant community Fourth of July celebrations and parades are being shuttered because of social distancing rules. Make a Bang While fireworks and sparklers are banned for personal use in many California communities, you can still make lots of noise (and mess!) with fun confetti and streamer party poppers. Kids love the “explosion” and excitement of these pretend firecrackers.
