Hi, Lisa! Yes, I highly recommend it - of course, keep in mind there will be parts that you disagree with, as I did. But I do think it is a good motivator and definitely can help a buyer who is on the fence really put things into perspective!

I see few books, seminars, or marketing campaigns targeting the single home buyer. Since I enjoy helping this underserved market, it's always nice to see a new entrant. Funny thing I've notice though, it seems that more of these are aimed at women (who seem to "get it" more easily than men). I welcome more single women into homeownership with much respect for their insight to get their own place, whether or not they have kids to help fill it up, they can create a family more easily than men, so it's quite self preserving for them to become home owners.
