Every time my answer is Of course I do, I always have time for you. That is how I've handled things from the very beginning of my career. Being available, answering the phone (with a smile), taking a moment, or two, or many to address concerns, to answer questions, to listen, to follow-up and follow through... is at the core of my business.
When my clients sign the Listing Agreement, or Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement, they are not the only ones agreeing to it - I am, too. It is a mutual understanding based on respect and trust, a commitment that goes both ways.
