18809 E. 16th Place is under contract after receive 25 showing but more important 9 contracts all over list price. I shut showing off at 4 pm on Sunday, and considering we put it on the Market Saturday morning at 10 am. This property showed great and had pride of owner ship in it. The owner when above what I recommend for them to do back in October when we wrote on a new built for them.
