Would you like to have home listings sent to you automatically as they come on the market with the criteria you select and the frequency you desire?
-First, go to the website www.homesdatabase.com/craigsmith
-Under Property Tools select Homes Prospector
-Click on Register if you are a new user or login if you have already registered.
-Fill in the required information and frequency that you would like be alerted of listings and Click Activate (uncheck all boxes if you wish not to be alerted)
-(A verification email will be sent to the email address that you specified during your registration. In order to receive email notification of new listings that meet your saved search criteria, please follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration process.)
-Continue to Search and enter the criteria of the home or property features you want. Click the search and save button next to the home prospector icon to have these criteria saved for the listings emailed to you when they come on the market. You can also just search at anytime which does not change your saved criteria
-Remember the tabs at the top of the search to specify your desired properties from residential to lot and land.

-At anytime you do not want emails sent to you, just deselect every day of the week.
