The addition of a daycare where parents can easily check on their children during a break cannot be matched. A company renting at the building might even cover a portion of the daycare costs for their employees. Attracting top talent is quite easy with daycare perks which most business owners will realize quite quickly.

Additions to a commercial property not only make the rental time there better for tenants but can retain tenants long-term. Plenty of businesses would rather rent than buy an office space as it allows their current cash flow to stay healthy.
