There are so many condos to choose from in North Bethesda. The real question is what kind of lifestyle do you want? What amenities matter to you? How big a building or small are you looking for? Are you comfortable with long hallways, common laundry facilities or big garages? Do you drive? Do you prefer to walk to the grocery stores or restaurants? Do you want a pet friendly building? Do you want a building that is pet free? These things are important to consider as you select a building to focus on. My role as a condo matchmaker is to help you sort out those options and help you choose the best condo community that meets your wants and needs.

It is a medium sized community of 954 units in 102 buildings located in a wooded setting spread over 69 acres. There is one efficiency with 354 square feet, lots of one bedroom condos, two bedrooms condos, some with one bath or one and a half or two full baths, and three bedrooms with two baths. OTHER OPTIONS TO PARKSIDE
If you don't like Parkside, perhaps because you want an elevator and a front desk or you think that the condo fees are too high for your taste or because it is not pet friendly and doesn't have in unit washers, there are other choices in the area. That is what I am here for - to help with selecting the perfect building! For example, you might consider the Promenade if you want a full service building with a front desk, elevator, garage parking, and indoor and outdoor pool. The Promenade prices are lower than many communities nearby but the coop fee is high because of all the amenities and the taxes being included in the fee. If you want a pet friendly building with washers and dryers in the unit, then you should consider someplace like the Bristol Square Condos.
PARKSIDE CONDOMINIUMS HAS LOTS TO DO
Parkside has two large outdoor pools for residents in the community, two tennis courts, playgrounds, a ball field, jog/walk paths, and two clubhouses. You can even take the bike trail to downtown Bethesda. There is extra storage in many of the 102 buildings and there is a laundry room on the lower level in each building as the units do not have their own washers and dryers. PET POLICY AT PARKSIDE CONDOMINIUMS
Simply put, Parkside is not pet friendly. While I could imagine walking my dog there, it willpro not happen! Not everyone is a pet lover though, so it is good that there is a place where someone can live and not worry about allergy reactions or encountering a large and overly friendly dog.
On the other hand, there are lots of birds, squirrels, and other wildlife in the woods that surround Parkside. You will always have lots of wildlife activity to watch just outside your windows or from your balcony or patio.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR BETHESDA CONDO IS WORTH?
There are a number of sites on the internet that will give you 'estimates' for what your home will sell for. These sites use public records and usually some kind of algorithm to try to produce a value for your home. These sites also publicly state their 'error rates'. That means they aren't correct, they are simply an estimate based on incomplete date. We would love to do a free comparative market analysis of your home or condo in Bethesda and let you know what could expect to get in today's market if you are considering selling. Our valuation is based on up to the day data for homes that have recently sold in the area. Our valuation is not based on a formula that relies on public records which can take months to update.
