Once again I have to opinionate on something. ;-)
Just pointing out the fact that I did Open Houses for 2 years as a Buyers Agent for a successful Realtor here in Green Bay, WI and got 1 Buyer out of the deal. I leave her and "go on my own" so I can do listings and not be held back by someone and lo and behold I get listings. Upon having my own listings open I sell sell sell and meet Buyers like crazy. I do opens on occassion for my Brokers or other Agents at the company and don't get a thing again. Does anyone have any opinion on sucess for opens on their own listings or on doing others? Maybe it's just luck.
