I am proud to provide you the testimonials of my satisfied clients about the level of my service. Please call me to get started and I will be happy to answer all of your questions.

Hello Steffy - this is especially helpful for first time homebuyers who are new to the real estate process as well as relocating buyers who bring their own type of "history" with them when they move to your area.  Even seasoned Arizona buyers likely don't participate enough to keep up with the many changes that are seen.

This is helpful information to home buyers and home sellers as well.  There are a number of people involved in a home sale transaction, that most don't think of when they begin the process.

Hi Jeff Dowler, CRS , I make an effort to present the information to Buyers and Sellers in several different formats - some people like to read it, others prefer to watch a video. Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Michael Jacobs , some relocating Buyers, from the East coastq were surprised that closing happens without attorneys, and that buyers and sellers do not meet in person to exchange keys and payment.

Hi Myrl Jeffcoat , yes, you are right. In every transaction there are several people involved always - like title/escrow, lender(if financed), possibly home inspector. And if the home condition requires it - specific systems inspectors and contractors: like roofers, A/C professionals, or foundation experts etc.
