At the end of April, I posted We need a Carroll County Home

"I am so looking forward to finding this young couple a new home. They are moving to our Baltimore area from Georgia to be closer to family and are expecting their first child. They would like to move mid-June.''

Yesterday June 18th, we went to settlement on this perfect home.

It has everything on their wish list and more, including a beautiful piece of land over an acre and a half, an excellent kitchen, and an outdoor pond and water garden.

Going to call this one "outdoorable."

Love when plans come together.

Please join me in wishing Dana and David a lifetime of happiness in their new home, making good memories for the growing family.
