Abracadabra! Hocus Pocus! June Blogs and Comments Are Back!

Greetings ActiveRain Community! It is with great pleasure to announce that we've finally restored the June blogs and comments, along with the points. Please note that some users may not have a complete accounting of their points just yet. But rest assured at the end of the month the system will automatically trigger a recalculation of the point totals and it should properly account for any missing points. 

If you're having any issues due to the restoration kindly let us know in the comments, so that we can have the devs take a look at it. We'll need your feedback to ensure that we cover everything and all the gears are oiled and running properly. 

We greatly appreciate your patience regarding the restoration and with this behind us we can look to other fixes and changes that need to be made on ActiveRain.

Thank you so much ActiveRain and Lynn B. Friedman. When I spoke up, Lynn listened. She is First Class and so is our Social Media Platform, ActiveRain!   This was a big project and those who were patient enough to wait, thank you!

The only issue I noticed is when I try to edit my own mistakes. Even if I'm in the middle of commenting and post then go back to edit it, I get a pink boxx

Yes, you are right! I do listen to you, Patricia. Thanks for the compliments. For sure, I didn't do any "fixin" - all done by the developers under Ben Kinney's guidance. As an Ambassador, it is my privilege to try to get things to the right person. Lynn

For example, I deliberatly mispelled "box" in comment #17.  Sometimes, I notice my mistake after I press post. When I try to correct my mistake, here's what I get:

Your spam prevention response was incorrect; please try again

The only way I discovered to fix my mistake is to close down AR, go back into AR, delete my previous comment and rewrite my comment. I'm glad there is a SPAM prevention feature and I'm glad I figured it out. However, I can't speak for others and how they will react.
 
Also, it is my own Blog Post, I also get the same pink box message without a Robot box to identify myself. Therefore, I have to do the same thing. Delete and start over.

The error msg preventing edits to my blog comments, however, I do not need to relogin.  I copy original post, refresh screen, a new input box appears, paste original, make edits, save, delete original post.


I do NOT receive a CAPCHA msg as the msg suggests ActiveRain Member Support
