Realtors cutting back on marketing cost to sell your home ,WHY?

In several areas of the country like here in  the greater phoenix scottsdale arizona markets, realtors do not have to  go with big  advertising  budgets, its a SELLERS MARKET .Put it into mls  and wait for the offers to come in,thus  no   big investment into marketing cost, why ,because they can, its a sellers  market , with all the  problems that creates,   multible offers,   counter offers,  all cash  discount bottom feeder   investors, over listed price contracts. market conditions will change with a flood of foreclosures that will hit the market..... banks and the fed gov. will want to clean the slate....
