Have you noticed, some of us often forget, life here on earth is not forever.
It is a good idea to tell someone every day you love them. You do know there are millions of people who are not as fortunate as you and I.
As for myself I began before some of you were born, and did not know what I was doing or what real estate business was like, failed the real estate exam in Ohio, but then got my license and sold 12 homes in six months.
And my passion, desire, drive, and enthusiasm to help people is as strong as it was in 1978.
Then one of my sellers suggested I move to Phoenix. and he had a position for me with the Army.
Special active duty for training is what it was called... I began working on the real estate school almost immediately, And here in Phoenix failed the exam twice!
And after finally passing, I did the same thing in Phoenix that I had in Columbus Ohio, and it did not work for three months! Then it took off to the tune of purchasing 20,000 pumpkins and creating the world's largest residential pumpkin parade.
And average helping 25 families a year for the next 28 years buying or selling a home.
Find a friend, if you don't have a spouse or one of your children, and tell them you love them, every day.
You never know when your last day will come.
I hope your day is as great as mine.
