There are currently 3 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.  2 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes.   0 homes closed.    There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
