Hello Sharon - your post title had me singing nursery rhymes for a second.  Thankfully, only in my head.

Barbara Todaro  Thank you! Jack's mom took this one. Jack with his "pets". Well at least a few of his pets.

Wayne Martin  Yes, one must tread lightly in that yard. LOL

Norma J. Elkins  That is just a few of Jack's pets. He has more chickens, three cats, a rabbit and a dog too!

Bob "RealMan" Timm  I'm not familiar with that group...I will have to check it out.

Michael Jacobs  Only in your head? Most of what is in my head tends to find its way out of my mouth. LOL

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS  This is actually home for Jack and his brothers. They have ducks, chickens, a pig, a rabbit, three cats and a dog. Every day is "on the farm" for them!

Nina Hollander  Yes, Mortimer is the latest family member. Litter box trained. LOL

Are his legs up because he thinks one of the chickens will nip at his toes?  I almost missed this post and you know how much I enjoy your Wednesday posts!

Sharon Lee  "nothing on Jack"....you certainly got that right. LOL

Kathy Streib  I've been there with the ducks and chickens and bunny and the dog and the cats. I have not yet met Mortimer, the pig.

Brian England  I believe he is just being comfortable. If it were me, I would be avoiding all the poop. LOL

What a cool photo and a perfect title. The pig appears to be especially fond of his keeper. Old McDonald seems to have stepped back in time. He's a youngster again!

PS, one of my grandson's went through a stage where he wouldn't eat any farm animals. He'd always ask, "Did this meat come from a farm animal?"  The irony, he loved chicken mcnuggets and hamburgers - never asked where they came from... His parents told us to keep quiet about the source. :)

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD  Although this "Macdonald", Jack, does eat meat...his younger brother Thomas does not. He hasn't for quite awhile now, and sticking to it. He loves animals too much. He hasn't figured out the connection between animals and dairy yet. It will be interesting to see if he gives that up at some point.

Wow, that is quite interesting. I don't eat red meat - although I do eat poultry and seafood. Apparently, it started when I was a child, never developed a taste for it.

I am glad he has his feet tucked up!  Those ducks and geese could nibble his toes!
