Chicken Stir Fry With Rice Noodles

Chinese chicken stir fry with rice noodles.Ingredients1 pound chicken cubed7 ounces green beans cut in half2 carrots diced in triangles1/2 onion sliced5 cloves garlic sliced8 ounces mushrooms sliced1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce8 ounces rice noodles (cover with hot water for 10 minutes, remove and drain)Sauce1/3 cup water2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauceMarinade2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon mirin1 teaspoon corn starch1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon baking sodaMix all and pour over chickenCover and refrigerate for at least 1 hourHeat a 14 inch wok until it smokesAdd 1 tablespoon oilFry chicken in 2 batches set asideAdd 1 tablespoon oil stir fry carrots and green about 2 minutes add remaining vegetable stir fry a about 2minutes then add chicken cook and stirStir in chili garlic sauceStir in noodlesPour in sauce heat and serve
