Hello Kathleen - laughter may NOT be the actual BEST medicine but it is definitely a contender in the TOP TEN.  Keep on laughing.  And telling your story, it remains a powerful one.

Hello Kathleen... lung cancer took my mother. One of my friends who lives in Hungary has just been diagnosed with breast cancer and can't get surgery or treatment for it during the pandemic. Such a terrible disease. Your story of your courageous journey never fails to tug at my heartstrings. And even though I know how your story "ends," I'm always rooting for you!

As long as there is breath and doctors say they can do something, that's worth the fight to put on a smile, laugh a little and when you put others at ease, it makes them more comfortable and the patient too!

Just about every day I hear about someone dying from cancer, getting diagnosed with cancer, starting treatment--it is EVERYWHERE.  So glad to hear you are a survivor with an emphasis on humor--that's how I get through the day--listening to comics on podcasts and the late night TV shows.

A lot of people are inspired because of your posts!
