The topic of conversation in many towns, around the country, has been, "What about Halloween?"
On Monday the Georgetown Board of Selectman approved a plan for Halloween, as presented by the Georgetown Police Chief. In short, Halloween is on, albeit on a voluntary basis with CDC Guidelines being followed.
Those homes choosing to participate will leave their outside lights on. Those not participating will leave their outside lights off.
With all that's going on, it's good for the kids to have a sense of normalcy.
This means if you are driving be on the lookout for little goblins walking from light to light.
