It wasn't the easiest the transaction to due to very long distance sellers, getting the home ready for the market after long-time tenants left to get the home in presentable condition, listing the home 24 hours before the first covid-19 case in Danbury, and several property issues casuing complications. As a listing agent & friend of the seller, Jonathan couldn't say how many opportunites came up were we could have just gave up.However, Jonathan and his team of professionals found a way to make the transaction work so the owners could relive themselves of this burden. Virtual meetings,electronicially signing documents, property video & sharing google drive files as well as parterning with an exprienced local real estate attorney were some of the things we did differently. Most important, the home was sold!
