There is nothing more rewarding than seing a happy family moving into their new home!
I've met a young couple who was living at the time with their parents in a 3 bedroom townhouse. They had their own 2 years old daughter and expecting their second child. They ware thinking of finding an apartment to move into when their second child will be born. Than, I stepped in: "why do you want to rent when you can buy your own hause? You will pay for mortgage about the same amount that you will pay for rent?". She said that they were told that they don't qualify for mortgage (even though both of them work full time!). I said: "it doesn't cost you anything to try". So, I've recommanded a mortgage specialist to talk to, and in less than a week they were pre-approved for a mortgage. We've started "hunting" for a house, and, in less than a month, we have found the perfect house for them!.
Now, their gaughter has her own bedroom, the new baby (when the time will come) will be brought to a very new home of their own! It is so good to see their faces smiling all the time, full of happiness!
And I know that I did a very good job!
