Where has time gone?

Where has the time gone????

It has been just about four months since my last post. Oh wow is what my thoughts are right now.

Where has the time gone, seems to tick away, and before we realize it four months have come and gone.

Time for a break maybe maybe not Some may feel like 2020 is saying it is time for a break.

Well, we have been busy and enjoying as much as possible with the changes that the year has brought to us.

Taking a break throughout the day to go for a walk with my Pup Casey has been one of the highlights of the day itself. Not to mention the fact that walking has helped my mental health as well as my physical health.

Down 13 pounds so far this year. Hey hey, that is pretty good for an old lady like myself.

Getting out and about in the fresh air seems to lift one's spirit just a bit or maybe just a bit more than one might realize.

Time to get back to the swing of things and post the way that I used to do.

May we each take a break throughout the day and take a walk with our pup.

Gain a few steps each day.

Hello Laura - time has a way of flying past us while progressing at a snail's pace at others.  Good for you as you discover the better parts of life during a pandemic.  You have obviously "worked" it to your advantage.  Peace of mind and a better, healthier YOU.

Congrats on your walking and weight loss. Pups and walks do the body good. I need to take our three labs for more walks.... however we do walk in the pasture and they roll in stuff which means bath time....ick!
