Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 43, as compared to 33 last month.  Thirty three are pre-owned and 10 are new construction. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 13 single family homes (ranging in price from $275,000 - $2,195,000)
  • 3 half-duplexes ($314,900 - $343,000)
  • 19 condos ($169,000 – $469,000)
  • 6 townhomes ($331,900 - $496,000)

Twenty five of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.

The median number of days on the market was 8 days, and last month the median was 37.  The average number of days on the market was 32 days. The range in October for the previously owned homes was 1 day to 133 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $195.61, up from the $190.92 average the prior month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 100.05%, an increase from last month’s 98.66%. Several homes sold above list price.
