Spokane Washington Real Estate Expert I have to say, I am a tech guy and I think that the video tours the way most people do them do not showcase the home well, It is a case to me where the novelty of the technology is not doing it's job of putting the home in a great light. In this video the lens on the camera is not like a still of the room where you show the best view and lighting, the lighting goes light and dark and the shaking of the camera is distracting. I'm not saying just your video, but video's in general. Rooms look dark and naroow and backlighting when you scroll by a window causes the room to go dark as the camera tries to adjust. if I were doing a video I would set up a tripod and shoot is sectionby section, but I just am not impressed by the videos I have seen.
