Buying a home:

1. must have a pre-approval prior to any showing
2. must wear a mask at all times during a showing
3. showings limited to principal buyers only, request children, family members or friends to stay home
4. use hand sanitizer or wear gloves during showings
5. remove shoes or wear booties during showings
6. if you or someone you know that has been tested positive for COVID-19, have flu like symptoms, or traveled out of the country within the past 14 days we ask you cancel any appointments and quarantine
   
   

Selling a home:

1. we will provide masks, hand sanitizer, booties and gloves for buyers and buyer's agent
2. we request all buyers are pre-approved and have an immediate need
3. we request buyers and buyer's agent to follow all CDC and CTR guidelines
4. we offer virtual tours for those who choose not to view in-person
5. if you or someone you know that has been tested positive for COVID-19, have flu like symptoms, or traveled out of the country within the past 14 days we ask that you quarantine and wait to list your home
