Selling Your Pullman WA Home in Winter

Real Estate Agent with Beasley Realty

Is selling your house in the winter months a good idea?  Absolutely yes!  I have been helping clients buy and sell in Pullman for many years.  The old philosophy was wait till Spring market.  Things have changed dramatically in the past few years.  Here's just a few reasons why listing now makes sense.

Inventory is lower in the winter months.  Lower inventory is a good thing when you are selling your home.  There are still folks moving into Pullman and surround areas in Whitman county.  They are out there looking and they are serious.  You have to be serious to brave the elements to look!

There can be a charm in winter months and a cozy feeling a home gives, especially as days are shorter.  There is a sense of security we feel when we see lights glowing in a warm and cozy home.  And typically as we approach the various Holiday's are homes are beautifully decorated inside which is great for pictures.  And with our new normal home offices and more space at home are very desirable.  Let's showcase those points!

Rates are still super great for new buyers!  Lower rates translate into more buying power for the buyer and a better sale price for you!  It can in turn provide you a better deal with respect to the home you are attempting to leverage into.  And there are many ways to leverage from one home to another home which I can help you like many other clients have.  Some want to upsize.  Some want to downsize.  Some are relocating.  Regardless of which way you are considering moving, I have lots of tools in my toolbox to help you meet those needs with the least stress possible!
