“Improving Credit, Well Worth the Effort”
Good morning! I hope you are well and staying safe. I just wanted to check in with you. When we last spoke we were working on improving our credit. From what we can see on credit karma it is improving. We obtained 1 of the secured cards and can hopefully obtain another next week.
You had mentioned that you possibly would have been able to secure a mortgage for us with our credit as it was but we needed to take these few steps. The only other thing holding us back was a down payment. We were wondering if the down payment, are there any programs available with no down payment or very little down?
We would love to try to do something sooner than later as we are tired of paying $1500 for rent and having nothing to show for it. You have already been such a great help to us that we wanted to get your input on this.

Their credit is almost there and in the area that they would like to purchase a home, we can do a USDA mortgage for them which requires no money down. Most likely they will end up with a mortgage payment that will be less than what they are paying for rent.
