This is our last entry into Jeff Dowler, CRS Challenge for November! In this post we are focused on our clients. We have had the good fortune of working in many states, France, as well as Mexico and Costa Rica. Pictured above is a shot taken in North Key Largo, Florida this past weekend.
We have been to Florida more than other states. We have visited St Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Orlando, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Naples (4 times, different clients different specialties), Fort Meyers, Miami-South Beach, and Key Largo. We have marveled at the beauty of the surrounding and at the distinct personality of each city and the real estate markets in those locales.

We have also worked in real estate markets from San Diego to San Francisco. Places in Napa and Sonoma have been areas of concentration also. We lived in Napa Countyfor six and a half years and enjoyed the neighboring areas of Sonoma County. Pictured above is a shot from a home in Glen Ellen, Sonoma County.
Arizona is another state we have been to several times. The luxury market is vast there! Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Prescott are all fascinating markets we have had the pleasure to explore with our clients.
On the Eastern Seaboard, we have worked in Boston, Connecticut, and the Chesapeake Bay. In the South we have worked in North Carolina. In the Northwest, we have worked in Oregon and Washington State.
And, of course we have worked in the various marketplaces here in Santa Barbara.
We are thankful and appreciative of each company and individuals we have worked with. The geography and psycho-graphic lessons enhanced our abilities in creating brands and strategic marketing campaigns.
No two luxury markets are alike. Each is as unique, and that is why we find ourselves traveling. We enjoy every minute!
Thank you Jeff!
P.S...I forgot to mention Nevada (Las Vegas and Environs 5 markets there, and Utah...Honolulu and Maui!
