Hello Dana - like so many industries, real estate has its own language and lingo. It can be confusing, even overwhelming, to those who don't participate in it everyday or often. Imagine what a first time buyer must think? Afraid to ask questions - of course.
So very true. And if they read a real estate book, they aren't learning the local norms. Best to ask questions and get answers.
