It's been a few years since I posted here but after reconnecting with Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400. I realized it was time to reengage in this wonderful community.
About a year ago I started working with KettleSpace who at the time was offering a unique version of coworking. Unlike many of the other companies in the space, as a KettleSpace Member, you paid a low monthly fee and had access to a network of locations. There are no contracts, no leases, and no commitments. Not happy just cancel your membership. Moving, changing jobs, etc cancel your membership. This model works because the company partners with landlords to offer their underutilized space to the KettleSpace community. It's a win-win for everyone.
We all know the pandemic has most people working from home and that the traditional office setting will probably never be the same. Now there are many more underutilized (or simply vacant) spaces and the company is in high demand to help fill spaces.
Are you ready for change?
If you're involved in commercial real estate there is an opportunity for you to help your clients, your company, and yourself. Bring a new version of the modern office to your clients. The days of long-term leases and fixed spaces are changing. Employees want local office options and companies are exploring variations on the traditional office that most commercial buildings are not set up to accommodate.
Do your clients and their companies face unique real estate challenges? Do they want the flexibility to scale their spaces up or down as needed? Are they interested in a "near home", or "hub and spoke" office structure? Now you can help them out.
It goes without saying (but I will anyway...) every space in our portfolio puts health and safety first and is in compliance with CDC and state health requirements.
If you want to learn more, let me know and I'll connect you with the team.
