The current market conditons in Oregon, Willamette Valley, area seem to be stablizing witj realtors reporting smaller buyer pools and longer days on market for sales. Typically, single family residential urban properties are days on market are averaging approximately 124 days. Small income multi famiy properties days on market are averaging about ad been increasing with a current downward spike that appears to be stabilizing. This could continue downward if inventory levels remain high and fewer buyers are actively seeking good properties. All-in-al, the Willamete Valley in Oregon could be currently healthier in market conditions than Portland.
