Just who really are my clients? My clients are two-fold. Those I buy houses from and those that I put in houses .
My specialty is buying houses "Subject To" the existing mortgage. I often help people that have little to no equity and/or need to sell their house quickly where I'm able to give them peace of mind and possibly debt relief.
I'm able to take over their existing mortgage and many times give them money in the process, thereby creating a true win/win for them. I am very thankful to them because without them, I wouldn't have a business and I wouldn't be able to help out others who need it and don't know where to turn. It's not only a monetary thing (though, it does put food on my table and keep a roof over my head), I really do derive great pleasure out of helping others who don't have many options.
On the other hand, I help out people who would like to live in a house, but necessarily can't qualify the traditional way. I do quite a bit of Rent To Own/Lease Optioning of properties. There is a large contingent of people out there that would like to move out of an apartment or upsize to a larger house.
Many times they would like to see if they like an area or school or even neighbors.
These people too I'm very thankful for. I also get a great deal of pleasure helping them out too. Especially, after many others tell the 'no' and I can tell them 'yes'.
So for both types of my 'clients', I am thankful. It is because of both that I am able to feel worthwhile as person.
