Last of 4 items to prepare your home for the market!

Selling your house takes lot like the previous last 3 suggestions but number 4 is so important also.

Curb Appeal

Tip 1:  Complete your own inspection.  Pretend you are a potential buyer, walk and drive by your house and take notes of at least three features that is attractive and three that need improvement. 

Tip 2:  Add exterior touches and minor additions to make your home stand out.Maybe a new mailbox, flower boxes, fresh paint and a new welcome mat.

Tip 3:  Purchase or rent a pressure washer and use it to clean the extremely dirty surfaces of your home from the porch to your driveway.

Tip 4:  Paint the outside of your home.  A fresh coat of paint can go a long way.

Tip 5:  Get a second opinion of your home curb appeal.  Ask a neighbor or friend or your Real Estate agent.

Make your home stand out!

Greeat points Will Hamm I remember in the 80s buying a few copies of a video tape by an agent named Barb Schwartz who would show the seller room by room, item by item how to make their home look presentable. To have her "deliver" the bad news was worth the $150
