On November 17, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values up 1.0% to an average price of $485,000 in October of 2020 from an average price of $480,000 in September of 2020, and rose 15.5% from $660,000 in October of 2019. While, homes values down 0.5% in October of 2020 from September of 2020, but jumped 18.5% from in October of 2019 in Riverside County, California.
There were 2.1 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2020, unchanged from 2.1 months in September of 2020, but fell from 3.4 months in October of 2019. An average it took 11.0 days to sell a home in October 2020, declined from 12.0 days in September of 2020, and dropped from 32.0 days in October of 2019 in Riverside County, California.
