I had this idea in my head for at least two years, but was unable to persuade any of my Real Estate agent friends to go along with it.
Again about a month ago I was discussing the idea with another agent and we were thinking about a pilot program to make it happen. Then about 3 weeks ago I sat with a friend who needed to sell a house and bingo - he was the perfect candidate for my idea. So we shot a video of his house. Here is the result
I am happy with my first video although we have learned a lot and the next one will be even better. I have sent e-mails to 3000 of my friends/associates/networkers and got interesting comments on the video, some of which I considered.
I have since been introduced to a number of stagers and that is one service I have to add to my perfect picture results. We have also lavished time on my friend's house video and that is not necessarily good. Next time it is going to be 2 minutes or shorter. I know from creating commercials that you have to move pretty fast in 30 seconds to say it all and client is paying per minute.
I have since researched the You Tube and seen nothing like my video, apart from MTV, which is not marketing houses. I have no competition and my prices are reasonable.
I'm exited, sky is the limit.
