I hope how soon this lovely dream home will find its perfect buyer, Lottie! Right now, we are having a devil of a time with showings in Charlotte. The sellers' children are all studying from home, as are the buyers' children. So, weekends and holidays have been the biggest touring times for us and even those have fallen off a bit in anticipation of the holidays. I'm hopeful for a booming 2021 once this vaccination takes hold!

In my work areas broker tours and open houses have been stopped since mid-March 2020. One agent can take 2 people from the same household to see a property--after Covid related documents are signed, the property viewed on line and appointments made. Agents must wipe down all touched surfaces, no one can sit and "feel" the house. It makes life a bit difficult.
