Thanks to California Pandemic Lockdown Protocol Thanksgiving was a bit different.... needless to say we were all still 'Thankful' for the abundance of love and food we received. I will not post anything more about it with the exception of these two pictures.
The preperation was the same and as you can see the Turkey turned out great as well. Diane was a bit worried since I did the turkey with a different way of cooking. Not the standard way, thought it would be appropriate to change things up a bit. I use a no muss feature: The Convection Oven Feature. It took me 30 -40 % less time to cook the turkey... well see for yourself and tell me what you think. My fans loved it:))
