Silo Ridge is a beautiful new neighborhood of single family homes that is conveniently located just 15 miles outside of Springfield, Missouri. Located on the East side of the Finley River in downtown Ozark, this new subdivision backs up to similar subdivisions of single family homes . It's not uncommon to see families riding bikes and walking the neighborhood during the summer and sledding down snow covered streets in the winter. It's far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the city that residents don't feel like the urban center of Springfield is knocking on their door.

What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Silo Ridge Neighborhood are generally going to range between 1800 and 4000 square feet. All of the homes are currently under construction with different local builders. It's not uncommon to find homes that have extensive finished basements adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. Bass Pro Shops purchased the old Riverside Mill and is currently in the remodel stage of making the mill a new focal point and tourist gathering for Ozark There is a major shopping less than a mile from the neighborhood as well as the city park and Finley River. Downtown Ozark is just minutes from the neighborhood and n the evenings you will want to take a stroll around the square and enjoy dining at a few of the local cafe's. On the North side of Ozark, you'll find the "Home of the Throwed Rolls" - Lamberts's Cafe.
