New 2021 FHA LOAN LIMITS By State and County

Each year to coincide with loan limit changes to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA also changes their limits.

Most changes align with those given by Fannie and Freddie, but FHA usually has lower limits for selected counties.
