Welcome to The Blaisdell Group.
In late 2002, I founded a new real estate company in Minneapolis, MN. This new company grew out of an idea I hatched shortly after starting my undergraduate study at St. Cloud State University in 1986. Everything I have accomplished since has been preparing me to lead the company now know as The Blaisdell Group.
Since launching my real estate practice in 1991, I have operated in much the same fashion as most other real estate agents, focusing on one transaction after another. As the market sagged into the gutter through 2006 & 2007, my business, like many others, suffered greatly. This downturn forced me to do a complete reevaluation of my business model and what I found horrified me.
Over the years, my practice has been structured around a transaction oriented business model. This meant that once I closed a transaction, I moved on to the next. Along the way, I provided a very high level of professional service to my clients and many reciprocated with repeat business and referrals. The mistake I made was not continuing to provide my clients with valuable service after the sale. Shame on me...
I need to say it twice because it is so very important; SHAME ON ME!!!!
From this day forward, I give my personal guarantee that my firm, The Blaisdell Group, LLC will use a relationship driven business model. Never again will I lose touch with my clients or their needs.
