Mailouts! Emails! ETC!
We all remind clients to change the batteries but what about other maintenance issues?
Tighten the bolts on the garage door hinges and rails.
Clean ducts with long vacuum tube.
Check hinges and handles on all doors.
Check the faucet gaskets for wear.
Paint the exterior trim on all doors.
Remove debris from foundation area.
Vacuum around furnace area
Wipe down the hot water heater and check for worn areas
Renew or Get a home warranty for obvious reasons
