Those look good, and I enjoyed hearing that your sons know how to make those cookies. Happy Sunday. A

Hello Kat - both the video of leaving your cookie surprise to those not at home and your wearing of the Kat Hat make this seasonal treat delivery even more special.

Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker - I have a photo somewhere with my sons and friends making cookies but I couldn't find it!
Ron and Alexandra Seigel - They do know how to make them but somehow they still want me to do it!
Will Hamm - Can you just leave them on their porch?

I'll have to find one of the teenagers all tied up in string one summer. They were bored so I gave them a fun activity! Too fun!
Michael Jacobs - I had such fun doing that.
I hope so too Barbara Todaro !
Dorie Dillard CRS GRI ABR - One of them has a girlfriend and I'm betting once she tastes them she's going to want to make them!
"Danta Claus" Hopper - Haha, weight gain is probably not a great tradition! Haha.

My mother-in-law used to share recipes with us and they never really tasted like the ones she would make. One day while we were looking through one of her cookbooks; we found a recipe that been altered. Grandma's little secret ingredient. Hmmm
Happy Sunday evening Kat Palmiotti

Roy Kelley - I'd rather have people come over and share the recipe/meal with me in person! Enjoy your evening..
Haha, Nina Hollander - Eating is more fun.
And thank you, John Pusa

I think that's exactly what will happen, Hannah Williams !
Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS - Was the secret recipe alcohol related? I noticed a lot of my mom's recipes had bourbon, whiskey, rum, or something else!

No it was spice related mostly. She makes a fruit cake that you better call UBER if you have a slice (its 50 proof at least 🎅)
Oh yum, Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS !
Hi Kat- I love the tradition and even more love how your boys helped make the bon-bons. I love homemade Christmas cookies. There's something very special about them.

Hi Kat Palmiotti - I love hearing about your cookie tradition and you have inspired me know for my next post.

Oh, those sound delightful, Kat but, as you mentioned, it's the tradition that really matters. My boys loved helping bake for the holidays...until they became teens! So, your boys having friends help sounds like this is one tradition they seriously took to heart. I love it!
And, I had to laugh at Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS's fruitcake Uber story - my mawmaw's fruit cakes were the same! As a kid, I didn't like them because of just that - they were just too strong!

Hi Kat,
I loved your Bon Bon story. That's what memories are made of. Sending your sons cookies reminded me that one of my Grandmas used to send my brother and me a box of cookies each Christmas. Did you send the recipe along with each batch?

Oh Kat what a lovely and fun story about your bon bon tradition at the holidays. You did a fantastic job of some how managing teenage boys to want to come to your house to make bon bon's!! Would love to see a picture of them! They sound really yummy!
