Champlin Housing Trends
For the month of November, Champlin had 25 new listings with a wide range of neighborhoods and home styles. Of the 25 homes listed in November, all of them have sold with the exception of:
13374 Linwood Forest Circle, Champlin MN 55316
10550 Goose Lake Parkway N, Champlin MN 55316
11624 Mississippi Drive N, Champlin MN 55316

3 Champlin homes listed for sale in November are removing contingencies, 14 are pending (all contingencies have been removed) and one home listed in Champlin during the month of November has already sold and closed. So far in December, Champlin already has 6 listed homes, all are under contract with the exception of:

What's Ahead for Champlin Seller's?
It's certainly been a strange year, however, the Champlin Real Estate market is unfazed. Traditionally, we'll see what seems to be a slight slow in the market as we head into December and January. This year, many buyers have not yet purchased a home and will still be in the market. This will likely cause a trickle effect that will keep our market moving steadily even through the winter and into Spring.
With many homes utilizing in homeschooling, the traditional rush to purchase before the new School year didn't necessarily apply to most buyers. With flexible work and School schedules, I anticipate home sales and purchases to continue.

Why Do People Live in Champlin?
Champlin is snugly situated near the Mississippi River and offers a ton of fun for all! New developments to the river area will soon offer more restaurants and riverside dining.
Champlin has more than a handful of parks which include Andrew's Park Splash Pad, and a Skate Park, a Lifetime Fitness, ice rink, and expanded outdoor viewing at Champlin movie theater. Champlin also offers easy commuting access to Highway 169 and Highway 610. Plus 252 is a quick way into downtown Minneapolis (Search all Champlin Community has to offer).
Champlin also offers restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops with three small strip malls with ice cream shops, Chinese Restaurant, Fast Food locations, Wells Fargo and Target. All the conveniences and a little smaller community feel than the neighboring Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove areas.
