A word of caution, however. I've had some clients looking for over a year. There are multiple offers coming in, it's a sellers' market here in Tucson (they have more power in negotiating terms than buyers) and inventory is low. That's why it's important to:
1. Hire a real estate professional who works with horse properties regularly
2. Be financially approved with either AZ state pre-qualification form from a lender, or have ready proof of funds at your disposal.
3. Have a sense of humor to deal with the ups and downs in a challenging market.
