Have you ever wondered where thoughts come from? Are all thoughts made up in our minds? Of do we somehow come by then naturally as we go about life. Does it really matter where thoughts come from? No, It doesn't. Thoughts are things and it's up to each individual to decide what thoughts they want.
A thought is just a thing you keep thinking and believe it's true or not true. At times you don't like your thoughts but keep thinking them anyway. Why? Because thinking is a habit. Some habits are refreshing and create momentum others are energy suckers.
Thoughts can be tricky little suckers, can't they?
Group A I know a lot of people that keep thinking the same thoughts that never get them where they want to go.
Group B I know a lot of people that continually 'upgrade' their thoughts to align with where they want to go.
Which group do you want to be in? That's kind of a stupid question, isn't it! Oh, sure Anna I want to keep thinking thoughts that don't create what I want!
Choose your thoughts wisely. And, when you find yourself thinking thoughts that are not creating what you want in your life - change them. But remember....
" The trouble is not in changing your thoughts but in keeping them changed"
Thomas J Willhite
In the next couple of days think of a thought that could use some tweaking to create better results, better feelings. Play with it, have fun changing your thought and keep changing it as often as you need to until it simple becomes normal for you to ' think the better feeling thought that creates better results for you. It's really pretty simple once you get in the habit of changing your thoughts and keeping them changed.
