Hi Paula McDonald, Ph.D. - you remind me to do this. I used to check and make sure I'd returned the follow-favor, but admit I haven't done it for a while. Hope you're having a great Thursday. 

Paula the follow tool somehow got messed up over the summer when AR was having a lot of issues.  Along the way I re-followed many people who got lost in the shuffle.  This is a great tip to make it all easier!

Hello Paula - I admit that I don't reciprocate every follower.  It seems there are those who may, perhaps on a whim or by accident, hit "follow" but don't otherwise engage.  I prefer to "wait and see" if there is some sort of connection.

Paula- I'm so glad that you posted this because as Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker said, when the site was going wonkers there were people whom I thought I'd followed but somehow their names had become unchecked. I'm looking forward to more of your posts about "Who Knew"

I don't see my picture on there but I follow you too!  I will have to check that out and see if there are any followers of mine that I do not follow.  I tend to mainly follow the people that are commenting on my posts and interacting with me on theirs.

I try to follow those that follow me even before they follow me.  🤣  I hope I have not missed anyone!

Actually clicking on "following" shows you the people that YOU are already following.  If you want to see who is following you, you should click on "followers".

Hello and thank you Paula McDonald, Ph.D. for the great reminder. I do find that those who engage with me, I engage and follow more. I probably comment on 30 posts a day.
