November 2020, the real estate market reflects the HOT and TIGHT housing market in Ashburn, Aldie, Leesburg, Chantilly, Sterling, Potomac Falls, Brambleton, and other areas of Loudoun county.

ACTIVE LISTINGS
We saw a drop of 52% compared to Nov 2019 in the active listings on the market.

NEW PENDING
Up by 33% of all the homes are pending on the market in Loudoun county compared to Nov. 2012.

AVERAGES DAYS ON THE MARKET:
This is the BIGGEST number we are down -50% compared to  Nov 2019

SOLD DOLLAR VOLUME
If average days on the market do not surprise you the sold dollar volume is up 63.52% compared to Nov. 2019.
