I could go on and on, BUT the proof is that I now have FOUR new listings and one of my listings under contract! Sure, I would have gotten the listings anyway (they were all reeferrals), but maybe I would not have been so well received. I have a new sense of ENERGY and dedication to the real estate business.
It's amazing what a change of scenery can do for you!!
I did not BURN ANY BRIDGES in this process. I remain friendly with my former Brokers and co-workers. After all, I just moved across town (and it's a small town). I have just expanded my circle of business associates and gained a few new friends along the way. I felt a part of my new office as soon as I entered the front door!
